The coaches' availability is something you rarely find elsewhere. Always ready to explain, adapt an exercise, or find the right words on bad days. In Adrenaline Gym I found the strength and will to be constant in the gym, despite never having had the desire to even do a simple walk. But thanks to the support of all the staff, Cecilia, Anthony, great professionals and motivators, I managed to be constant, to achieve those small goals, to see results in my body that I hadn't seen before. An ideal gym for bodybuilding enthusiasts. All the machines, plates, and weight plates (in abundance) needed to work your body, plus a free weight area with dumbbells up to 50kg, which isn't easy to find. It's run by a very friendly couple who are happy to help you. The atmosphere in the gym is very pleasant. If you like iron, this is the place for you.

At Adrenaline Gym, I finally found the will and strength to be consistent. The gym is well-equipped and clean, but I think its strength is its staff: always available, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I've never felt so comfortable in a gym. After almost two years, I can say I now feel at home!

A truly beautiful climate. The extremely well-trained pts listen to your every need and know how to be assertive and positive. They have only one goal: to make you feel good, and no matter what feeling good means to you, they will achieve it together with you. There is a relaxed and focused atmosphere in every gym member, and it is a rare thing.
